Ran Logistics has signed a Term Sheet and General Conditions Agreement as applied by freight forwarders for international shipments with Italian company Francesco Parisi Group (www.francescoparisi.com) to become a partner in the field of sea and air transportation. Bilateral negotiations regarding partnership issues will be held by the parties on Turkey in next visit of the firm.

RAN LOGISTICS IS ESTABLISHING A REIT


The first company to offer its shares to the public in the last 18 months in October, 2009, Ran Logistics, while negotiating with an US based company operating in air and sea transportation, gets ready to establish a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Ran Logistics will change the kind of corporation of its subsidiary, DTC Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, from limited liability company to corporation in order to establish a REIT. After changing its kind of corporation, the name and area of activity of the firm will be adopted as to become a REIT. Afterwards, Ran Logistics will realize its office and warehouses investments under the name of the new company.

RAN LOGISTICS ANNOUNCED ITS FIRST HALF YEAR’S PROFITS AS TL - 369,942. (ACCORDING TO TURKISH PROCEDURE LAW)


Ran Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. announced its first half year’s profits as TL-369,942. in its income statement prepared according to provisional tax return. This income statement prepared according to Turkish Tax Procedure Law.
Ran Logisticsc will prepare its IFRS consolidated financial statements till the date September 10, 2010 (included). These IFRS financial statements should be announced till the date August 27, 2010, but, Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved our request and give additional time.
