Ran Air & Sea has established to increase the effectiveness of Ran Logistics in the fields of air and sea transportation by specialising on those fields. Ran Air and Sea will become a competent company by obtaining all necessary certifications and documentations. It will organized through national and international basis. DTC Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (DTC) is a subsidiary of Ran Logistics. Main areas of activity is acquisition of property, building constructions and renting. Its property is rented by Ran Logistics and used as warehouses/bonded warehouses and as a operation center under the name of “Samandıra Logistics Center”.

Ran Logistics has decided to convert DTC to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in a near future.
